Why is there a membership fee? The $25 monthly membership fee covers logistics and implementation costs. This fee gives you unlimited access to the Relief Packs offered by our three restaurants brands. Each month, you can place as many orders as you’d like on behalf of those you are trying to serve. The monthly fee will show up on your statement as “R&R Lehi.” This will give you access to the Relief Packs for that calendar month. Can I cancel at any time? Yes, you may cancel at any time. The $25 monthly fee is non-refundable. If you cancel before the first day of the following month, you will not be charged a fee. How can I request a meal for me or my family? You can request a meal thorugh the "Request Now" button on our home page, or by clicking here: Request Meal Form How does this program work? This specific program is designed for employers, groups, or congregations who would like to provide meals for their people in these uncertain times. Once an account has been set up by your company/point person, you will have access to purchase unlimited Relief Packs. The Relief Pack orders will be managed by our brand coordinators. They will process your orders at the selected locations and have the pre-paid Relief Packs ready for pick up. What days of the week can we pick-up? Our brand coordinators will take the information you provide from your teams and place each order in the restaurants. The order will include a pick-up time designated by each individual. I do not work for a company or a congregation, but I would like to take advantage of the program to help a relative or my neighbors. The Relief Packs were designed for companies, groups and congregation leaders to take care of employees or members in need.

If you would like to take advantage of the Relief Pack program for your neighbors or to help family or acquaintances, simply pay the $25 monthly membership and work with our brand coordinators to place your orders.

If you are not interested in the monthly membership, our restaurants have Family Packs that you can take advantage of. You can order these online through RandRBBQ.com or Mobettahs.com and pick-up them up in store or have them delivered through DoorDash.
What is the difference between Relief Pack Partners and Relief Packs? Relief Pack Partners is a program we set up for those who would like to provide meals for families in need, furloughed employees, medical personnel, and many more.
This program puts donated dollars to work in our community. You tell us how many Relief Packs you would like to donate, and we will distribute them in the community. As a partner, you are keeping our teams working and keeping people fed.
Relief Packs are available for employers, groups, or congregations who would like to take care of the people in their care. These meals will be picked up by those who you have designated.

Is there a minimum of orders I need to place? There is no minimum. Once you pay the $25 monthly fee, you can place as few or as many orders as you would like during the month.
Can families participate in this program? If you would like to take advantage of the Relief Pack program for your neighbors or to help family or acquaintances, simply pay the $25 monthly membership and work with our brand coordinators to place your orders. Are there any additional fees? No, once you pay the $25 monthly membership, there are no other fees. I would like to donate meals to medical professionals or other people who are still working during this time, how can I do this? We are offering a program called Relief Pack Partners. Who do I contact to set-up an order? Please contact Jared Smith at 801-641-0773 to place an order for your team. How quickly can I place an order after signing up? As soon as you join the program, you can place an order. Your order will be available for next day pick up. How often can I order? You can place an order as often as you would like during the month of your membership. I am in need of assistance or know someone who is in need of assistance, is this program available to me? We are here to support those in our communities who need it the most. Please fill out a form and give us your information and our Relief Pack Partners will supply you with a Relief Pack.
